  • Please confirm with the data before submitting the application form.

  • Please Upload Student's Photo & Signature Signature after successful form fill-up.

  • Download Acknowledgement.

  • Pay Exam Fee Online & Download Student's Receipt.

  1. Read the instructions carefully before filling up the form (फॉर्म भरने से पहले निर्देशों को ध्यान से पढ़ें।).
  2. Fill up the application form completely & Submit. (Wherever Required) (आवेदन पत्र को पूरी तरह से भरें और सबमिट करें(जहां भी आवश्यक हो)).
  3. After successful submission Kindly note down Your Form No from the confirmation page. (सफल सबमिशन के बाद कृपया कन्फर्मेशन पेज से अपना फॉर्म नंबर नोट कर लें।)
  4. Please Upload Student's Signature & Photo after successful form fill-up. (कृपया सफल फॉर्म भरने के बाद छात्र के हस्ताक्षर और फोटो अपलोड करें।)
  5. Download Acknowledgement (पावती डाउनलोड करें).
  6. Pay Exam Fee Online & Download Student's Receipt. (वेतन परीक्षा शुल्क ऑनलाइन और छात्र रसीद डाउनलोड करें।)
